Kansas Pedestrian Accidents
When motor vehicles and pedestrians share the road, it can be dangerous. In Kansas City, pedestrians are involved in approximately 9 percent of traffic deaths, and non-drivers account for nearly 40 percent of these fatalities. 22 people lost their lives in a combined 360 pedestrian accidents in Kansas City in the past year, with a pedestrian being hurt or killed almost daily. Pedestrian deaths are on the rise across the country, and it is important that you are ready to take legal action in order to secure full and fair compensation.
Pedestrians can never feel completely safe on the road, and for good reason. There is little to protect a pedestrian from the full impact of a crash, and these types of accidents are known to result in fatal injuries. You need to be able to partner with a talented legal team with a proven history of helping crash victims pursue full and fair compensation for their injuries and other damages.
