Distracted Driving Crashes in Kansas
Distracted driving is one of the leading causes of catastrophic auto accidents nationwide. There were 84 recorded collisions in Kansas last year linked to distracted driving. Roughly 10 percent of the time while driving, distracted drivers will take their eyes off the road, and we all know how risky texting and driving can be. In the time it takes to send one text message, you could easily travel the length of a football field on the highway. This is enough time and distance to result in a catastrophic auto collision. You may be able to pursue a case against the at-fault party to achieve a full recovery after a serious crash.
