High-Speed Collisions in Kansas
Distracted driving is one of the major causes of catastrophic auto accidents nationally. There were 84 recorded collisions in Kansas last year attributed to distracted motorists. Statistics reveal that distracted drivers have their eyes off the road nearly 10 percent of the time, and texting and driving is one of the worst offenders. In the time it takes to send one text message, you could easily travel at highway speeds the length of a football field. This is enough time and distance to result in a catastrophic auto crash. If a reckless driver causes you harm and you wish to seek compensation, be sure you can work with an experienced attorney to submit a personal injury claim.
You may be able to pursue a claim for compensation if you or someone close to you is hurt in a car accident.
