Fatal Rollover Accidents in Kansas
A significant collision could occur nearly at any time. One of the most catastrophic crash types on American roadways is a rollover. In the case of a rollover, a vehicle’s occupants face the risk of being completely ejected and suffering catastrophic injuries. It is more likely for unrestrained passengers to be thrown from the car and suffer fatal injuries. Roughly 75 percent of rollover fatalities involve unrestrained occupants but statistics show that more than 33 percent of the passengers who were ejected in a rollover were securely fastened in their seat belts, demonstrating that you can still sustain significant injuries even while you are restrained.
