Wichita, KS (June 26, 2024) – A motorcyclist was hurt after a two-vehicle collision in the Wichita area on Tuesday, June 25. The accident was reported on Interstate 235 near N. Arkansas Avenue late that night around 7 p.m. Local reports revealed that a Harley-Davidson motorcycle and a Hyundai Palisade were traveling northbound at the time of the crash.
It was later revealed that the two vehicles collided as the motorcyclist changed lanes and hit the side of the Hyundai. The impact caused the rider to be ejected. Emergency crews were rushed to the scene to provide aid to the involved parties. The injured motorcyclist was transported by ambulance to Wesley Hospital for the treatment of sustained injuries. The driver and passenger of the Palisade were not injured in the impact. No further information on the incident is currently available.
