Semi-Truck Accidents in Kansas
The highways and roads of Kansas are congested with big commercial trucks. Over 500,000 significant semi-truck collisions are reported on American roadways each year, resulting in over 5,000 fatalities and countless more catastrophic injuries. Massive rigs can weigh up to 70,000 pounds when fully loaded, and trucks are especially dangerous in collisions with passenger cars. Unfortunately, data indicates that smaller cars are involved in the majority of trucking accidents. Due to pressure to put in lengthy hours on the road, truck drivers frequently make poor decisions that end in catastrophic incidents, which puts them at fault for these accidents. These types of accidents can be very difficult to manage, and you should partner with a competent legal team to get the most out of your case.
