Rear-end Collisions in Kansas
On American roadways, rear-end crashes are incredibly common. Unless you have your eyes permanently fixed on the rearview mirror, you never know when you might be struck from behind by a careless driver. The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) reports that in a recent year, 32.5 percent of all motor vehicle crashes were rear-end collisions. Additionally, the average number of traffic deaths and injuries from these crashes was 7.1 percent and 31.1 percent, respectively. Usually, reckless or inattentive drivers who fail to stop in time to prevent colliding with another vehicle are the cause of these collisions. You should be ready to pursue a strong claim for compensation by working closely with a trained legal team.
