Deadly Car Accidents in Kansas
Car crashes are the primary cause of fatalities and major injuries in Kansas. Every year, approximately six million automobile accidents are reported in the United States, and virtually every day, someone is killed or seriously injured on Kansas roadways. Three million people are injured and an estimated 40,000 people die in car collisions nationwide each year. Given that over 90 percent of car accidents are believed to be the result of driver error, even the most devastating collisions may be avoidable. It is far too easy to experience catastrophic losses and maybe fatal injuries as a result of another driver’s carelessness.
