Kansas Reckless Driving Accidents
Driving while distracted is one of the riskiest things you can do on the road. Between 2017 and 2021, distracted driving was a factor in approximately 14,000 fatal crashes in the United States alone. A total of 3,522 people died as a result of distracted driving in 2021. According to statistics, 10% of the time, distracted drivers fail to keep their eyes on the road, which dramatically raises the possibility of a serious collision. The issue of distracted driving has gotten worse recently since over 17 percent of all car accidents in Kansas in 2022 involved distracted drivers.
