Kansas Intersection Crashes
We all go through traffic lights, stop signs, and crossroads when we drive. Most of us don’t think twice about going with a green light. However, maybe we should. Intersections are responsible for around 25 percent of traffic fatalities and 50 percent of all traffic injuries in the United States, and statistics show that an estimated 36 percent of automobile collisions occur at intersections. Unfortunately, more than half of fatal or injury collisions take place at crossroads. Approximately 2.5 million intersection accidents are reported each year, according to data from the Federal Highway Administration (FHA). You must be able to protect your legal rights after a serious auto accident by working closely with a trained legal team.
