Semi-Truck Collisions in Kansas

Wichita, KS - Two Hurt in Rear-end Semi Crash on I-35Large commercial vehicles are a common sight on Kansas’s roads. Over 500,000 large semi-truck crashes are reported on American roads each year, resulting in over 5,000 fatalities and countless more serious injuries. Massive rigs can weigh as much as 70,000 pounds when fully loaded, and semi-trucks provide a risk in collisions with passenger cars. Unfortunately, data indicates that smaller cars are involved in the majority of trucking accidents. Due to pressure to put in long hours on the road, truck drivers frequently make poor decisions that result in catastrophic incidents. This greatly increases the likelihood of a serious collision. You must be ready to fight for a full recovery after a serious crash by working closely with a competent legal team.
