Overland Park, KS (October 23, 2024) – At least one person suffered injuries in the aftermath of a car wreck in the Overland Park area on Tuesday, October 22. The accident happened at the corner of W. 125th Street and Antioch Road that morning around 11:48 a.m. Emergency responders were quickly dispatched to render aid to the involved parties. 

The roadway was temporarily closed as paramedics were present to support the crash victims. The circumstances leading to the collision have not yet been determined. The injured parties were provided aid by attending medical personnel before being transferred to a local hospital for further treatment. No updates on the conditions of the involved parties have been provided. The area was later reopened to outside traffic after tow trucks were able to remove the resulting wreckage and other debris. No additional information on the crash is currently available. An ongoing investigation into the cause of the accident is being managed by local law enforcement officials.
