Failure-to-Yield Accidents in Kansas
Failure-to-yield accidents are a leading cause of crashes at intersections and can have severe consequences. According to the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA), such incidents often result from driver distraction, inexperience, or misjudgment. These accidents can lead to broadside collisions, which are among the most dangerous types of crashes due to the limited protection offered on the sides of vehicles.
If you’ve been involved in a failure-to-yield accident, it is essential to understand your legal rights and take appropriate steps to recover compensation for medical expenses, lost wages, and other damages.
