Freightliner Accidents in Kansas
An 18-wheeler or semi-truck collision is different from a regular auto accident. Anyone who has either operated a large rig or been involved in a truck accident knows how challenging it is to handle the enormous rig of a 20-ton vehicle and how quickly it may result in significant injuries in a collision. Semi-truck collisions are frequently the deadliest on Kansas roadways. The primary causes of semi-truck and 18-wheeler accidents are speeding drivers and fatigued drivers. Despite the fact that truck drivers are restricted in the number of hours they can drive and are expected to take daily breaks, there are times when these rules are disregarded, which results in truckers spending more time on the road than is necessary.
