Goddard, KS (September 2, 2024) – Two people were injured after a collision in the Goddard area on Sunday, September 1st. The crash took place at the corner of Crown Avenue and Kellogg Avenue early that morning, around 11:30 a.m. Local reports revealed that a black pickup truck rear-ended a red vehicle that was stopped at a traffic light at the intersection.
A nearby witness, a local nurse, stopped to provide aid to the driver of the red car. The driver of the vehicle was transported to a local hospital in critical condition. A passenger in the car was also hurt and hospitalized for treatment. The driver of the truck was not seriously injured in the crash.
