Deadly Intersection Crashes in Kansas
Every day, we travel through intersections without thinking twice. Statistics show that there is a higher chance of a crash in these common areas of the road. A lot of drivers ignore stop signs and red lights, which makes it more likely that they will hit a passing car. About one-third of the 700,000 crashes that happen every year at stop sign-controlled intersections involve injuries. Studies have shown that major car crashes tend to occur near intersections. Most of the time, the driver who is at fault fails to yield the right of way. Contact a trained Holton wrongful death lawyer at Bretz Injury Law to get started on your case.
