Car Accidents in Kansas

Kansas City, KS - Passenger Hurt in Pileup Crash on I-635Car crashes are the primary cause of fatalities and major injuries in Kansas. Every year, almost six million automobile accidents are reported in the United States, and catastrophic accidents happen on Kansas’s roadways almost every day. An estimated three million people are injured and 40,000 people die in car accidents in the United States each year. Given that over 90 percent of auto accidents are believed to be the result of driver error, even the most devastating collisions may be entirely avoidable. It is far too easy to sustain severe injuries and overwhelming losses as a result of another driver’s carelessness.
