Kansas City, KS (March 23, 2024) – Two people died as a result of a car accident in the Kansas City area on Friday, March 22. The deadly accident was reported at the 1000 block of Southwest Boulevard late that evening at around 6:30 p.m. Two vehicles reportedly collided at the scene.
Emergency responders were quickly dispatched to the scene. Two male victims suffered fatal injuries and were pronounced dead at the scene. Two other men were injured and taken to a local hospital for treatment. The circumstances leading to the crash have not been determined. The area was temporarily closed as emergency crews were present, and tow trucks were needed to clear the resulting wreckage and other debris to reopen the road to outside traffic.
