Lawrence, KS (July 16, 2024) – There were confirmed injuries after a car crash in the Lawrence area on Sunday, July 14. The collision was reported at the intersection of Clinton Parkway and Kasold Drive early that morning, around 7:06 a.m. At least one person involved in the crash was hurt.
Emergency responders were rushed to the scene to render aid to the involved parties. At this time, the number and severity of the resulting injuries have not been determined. The crash victims were transferred to local hospitals after being treated by attending medical personnel. The area was temporarily closed while emergency crews were present, and tow trucks were needed to clear the resulting debris to reopen the road to outside traffic.
