Lawrence, KS (July 19, 2024) – At least one person was hurt in the aftermath of a car crash outside of Lawrence on Wednesday, July 17. The collision was reported that afternoon around 2:24 p.m. at the corner of Vermont Street and W. 23rd Street. There were confirmed injuries at the scene, but the number and severity of the related damages have not been confirmed.
The circumstances leading to the collision have not yet been determined. Emergency responders were quickly dispatched to render aid to the involved parties.
