Deadly Left Turn Crashes in Kansas
Everyone has to share the road when they drive, and you never know what might happen when someone else is behind the wheel. A lot of terrible accidents happen when people make left turns on the roads across the country. These accidents have a serious impact on road safety. The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) says that intersections are the site of an average of 36 percent of all car accidents and over 480,000 left-hand turn accidents. Nearly every day, we all drive through intersections, which are where about 20 percent of fatal accidents and almost half of major injury accidents happen.
