High-Speed Collisions in Kansas
There is always a greater chance of a serious collision when a driver speeds. High-speed collisions accounted for around one-third of all traffic fatalities that were reported in the United States over the past 20 years, according to the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA). Driving at high speed increases the likelihood of losing control of your vehicle and increases stopping distance, making it more difficult for drivers to avoid serious collisions. Each year, hundreds of people die as a result of this fatal combo. You don’t want to foot the bill for another driver’s negligence. If you want to recover fully from your injuries, you have to start submitting a personal injury claim with the help of a qualified Overland Park car accident attorney. You do not want to be on your own as you’re battling for a full recovery after a serious auto accident. Contact the offices of Bretz Injury Law at 620-524-0080 to get started on your case today.
