Distracted Driving Collisions in Kansas
Across the country, one of the most common reasons for catastrophic traffic accidents is distracted driving. In Kansas, it was the cause of 84 documented crashes in the past year. Distracted driving can cause you to take your eyes off the road roughly 10 percent of the time, and texting while driving is extremely dangerous. You could easily travel the length of a football field at highway speeds in the time it takes to send one text message, which is more than enough time to cause a catastrophic collision. If you were hurt in a crash and want to pursue a full recovery, it is always recommended that you partner with a trained attorney.
