Kansas High-Speed Collisions
When you drive too fast, you endanger not only other drivers but also yourself and everyone else on the road. You also greatly raise the risk of a serious auto accident. Speeding makes it harder to control a vehicle and increases the risk of an accident, especially on wet roads. Speeding drivers were responsible for more than 12,000 fatalities in the United States in 2021 alone—more than 33 fatalities every day. Rainy or snowy roads account for about 22 percent of fatal speeding-related crashes. It can be difficult to recover on your own following a major collision. You have to be prepared to aggressively pursue a compensation claim with a knowledgeable attorney’s help.
