Kansas Distracted Driving Crashes
One big reason why terrible car accidents happen all over the country is distracted driving. A total of 84 crashes in Kansas in a recent year were caused by drivers who weren’t paying attention behind the wheel. This problem has spread across our state. Drivers who are not paying attention will take their eyes off the road about 10 percent of the time. Everyone knows that texting and driving is very dangerous, and you can travel the length of a whole football field in the time it takes to send a single text at highway speeds. That’s more than enough time to cause a crash that changes your life. Find a personal injury lawyer who can help you file a claim if a careless driver hurts you or someone you care about. This will help you get the most out of your case.
