Distracted Driving Crashes in Kansas
Across the country, one of the most common reasons for catastrophic traffic accidents is distracted driving. In Kansas, it was the cause of 84 documented crashes in a recent year. Distracted driving can cause you to take your eyes off the road roughly 10 percent of the time, and texting while driving is extremely dangerous. You could easily travel the length of a football field at highway speeds in the time it takes to send one text message, which is more than enough time to cause a catastrophic collision. To obtain the greatest outcome out of your case, make sure you can collaborate with an expert lawyer as you fight for a full recovery.
