Rear-end Collisions in Kansas
On American roadways, rear-end crashes are by far the most often reported kind of collision. If you do not pay attention to what is happening in your rearview mirror, you never know when you can be struck from behind by a careless driver. The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) reports that in a recent year, rear-end collisions accounted for 32.5 percent of all motor vehicle crashes, contributing to 31.1 percent of all traffic injuries and 7.1 percent of all traffic deaths on average. Drivers who are distracted or reckless usually cause these collisions by failing to stop in time to avoid colliding with another automobile.
