Kansas Motorcycle Accidents
Motorcycling is a common hobby and pastime here in Kansas, and even the most seasoned riders understand the substantial danger of getting into an accident. A disproportionate number of fatal collisions in the country involve motorcycle riders. Compared to automobile passengers, riders are about 28 times more likely to die in an accident and are four times more likely to suffer a serious injury. Although they account for fewer than three percent of all registered cars nationwide, motorcycles are thought to be a factor in 14 percent of traffic fatalities.
