Bretz Injury Law KU Law Student Scholarship – $1000
This scholarship is awarded to a student in the state of Kansas that is committed to pursuing an education at the University of Kansas School of Law. The scholarship will be awarded yearly to the student with the best application, as chosen by Bretz Injury Law.
Eligibility
Application must meet the following criteria
- Attending the University of Kansas School of Law
- Must be a resident of Kansas
- Must submit application by July 1, 2027
Application Materials:
- Current transcript or letter of acceptance
- 500 word or less short essay explaining why you want to go into law

This scholarship is awarded to a student in the state of Kansas that is committed to pursuing an education at the Washburn University School of Law. The scholarship will be awarded yearly to the student with the best application, as chosen by Bretz Injury Law.
Eligibility
Application must meet the following criteria:
- Attending a post-secondary educational institution in the state of Kansas. This includes universities and colleges as well as trade and vocational schools.
- Must be a resident of Kansas
- Must submit application by July 1, 2027
Application Materials:
- Current transcript or letter of acceptance
- 500 word or less short essay explaining why you want to go into law
